Does this girl like me or is it just good friendship??? Need opinions!?

So me and the girl are seniors. We have been good friends for a while. Last year in at the beggining of the school year we started calling each other hubby and wifey. Sometimes we talk on the phone. However she got into a relationship with this guy but it didnt last long. Now we are going to prom together but i didnt ask her in a fancy way we just agreed to go together. For twin day we also wore matching shirts that said i love my wifey and i love my hubby. For my birthday she and her friends gave me cupcakes and ballons. Today i walked her to class and she gave me a high five before we left. She also calls me her baby. Could she like me? We dont talk outside of school much and only have like 2 classes together.
