Please help with this order from ebay?

I recently ordered a roxas cosplay out fit from ebay. I emailed the seller asking what was taking so long for it to arrive but no reply. IT is now July the 1st and i am starting to get worried because when i go on ebay it sats it hasn't shipped yet. It is suppose to be coming by EMS that's a door to door service and they said something about airmail. I already gave them my measurements for it so what could be going on. I'm suppose to get this pacakage in the mail on July 12th so far i've been waiting a whole month but no reponse from the ebay seller. I'm starting to think this is a scam just to get my money.
