GUYS whould she make a good wife/girlfriend?

There is this really close friend of mind she is an awesome girl even though she doesn't believe it her dream is to be a writer she wants to write poetry and books about life and happiness and things ppl can relate too. she is always smiling i mean always she has a beautiful smile its amazing how when shes sad she can smile for you i wouldnt say shes hot shes more cute she has like medium length hair up to her shoulders light brown she has chubby cheeks lol she has hazel eyes and she five ft tall. ok now shes very unconfident about herself shes 16 and she wants to get married someday but shes afraid of being in a relationship. i tell her she will make an amazing lady for someone someday . she is very wifey like very mature she loves being romantic making breakfest giving you gifts she loves to cook and bake she is very well manerd very out going and sociable. she is kinda sensetive though. and she loves to cuddle and ummmm i think thats it. would you consider her to be a nice girl.
