Do girl go with a guy friend to prom and mean nothing more than just friends?

Im going with a really good girl friend that ive known for a while. We are both seniors. We call each other hubby and wifey and for twin day we wore shirts that said i love my hubby and i love my wifey. For my birthday both she and her friends gave me cupcakes and ballons for my birthday. However, i heard she said that she only sees me as a good guy friend. Doe she like me or is it just good friendship???
