Does she like me or are we just friends?

So me and this girl are seniors. We are both in AVID and took class pictures. For the funny one she stood behind me and put her hands on my shoulders for the picture. We also call each other hubby and wifey and are very good friends. She is very mature for her age and doesnt open up to people easily. does she like me or is this something just friends do?
