yea it looks like he is just playing w/ you. if he really cared he would be putting a lot more effort into this. and why would he lie? to get into your pants, just think about it. men say crap like they want to marry you coz they know that's what you wanna hear. but dont fall for those sweet words. if you're not in a committed relationship then chances are, yes he is lying.
