Not sure how to get this guy to take the lead or be more upfront?

.......The reason so many guys don't make the first move is that they're afraid of experiencing rejection. If the woman makes the first move and if it's goofy or wrong, then he won't feel bad. Since women have become so independent, men are beginning to feel that they are not needed anymore. Most men today have a difficult time knowing exactly what women want; it's one of the reasons many guys are relunctant to make the first move. Also, independent women have lost their ability to soften their image. A woman can be strong without parading it......Be patient and keep encouraging him to call you.
